Information: Purpose built community health, learning and sports facility in the heart of Glasgow's East End. The building and grounds comprise a mix of high quality sport, leisure and fitness facilities and a bright and cheerful community café on site, all of which blend together to provide a modern healthy living centre which is run as a registered Scottish Charity. The facility is open to all to use, and operates 7 days a week. Free taster fitness/dance classes, art classes, head & hand massage/alternative therapy taster sessions, healthy eating tasters, fitness testing, health information and advice will be available all from 12-4pm.
