Historic Glasgow: Archaeology in the City Exhibition

Information: Historic Glasgow event on Tuesday 14th September at City Chambers Event is open to the public from 12.00pm and is on until 3.30pm. This year the event is taking the theme ‘People and Place’ and looks at how people have interpreted their environment, inspiring others to explore the cultural heritage of Glasgow in it’s modern form as well as in the past. The event will give the public the opportunity to find out about innovative projects around the city which investigate the history and archaeology of this historic city. There will be speakers who will explore a number of subjects relating to heritage projects connected with the city. Entry is free.
