Information: The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (SPAB) will host a mix of technical lectures and practical demonstrations on the subject of Scottish sandstone. Topics will include; information on the structure of sandstone, the correct mortars to use, common defects and methods of repair and conservation. Experts with years of experience will talk about the issues and demonstrate some of the craft techniques.
