Join a guided tour and find out about the treasured history of the Scottish Sikh community; from translating Robert Burns poems to creating their very own Scottish Sikh Tartan. A visit to The Glasgow Gurdwara will provide you with unparalleled access to one of the most unique buildings in Glasgow. This premier institution has hosted over 65,000 visitors since opening in April 2013 and serves over 5,000 community members every week.
Come along for a guided tour by one of our Ambassadors and find out all about the treasured history of the Scottish Sikh community. From translating Robert Burns poems into our mother tongue of Panjabi to creating our very own Scottish Sikh Tartan, the Glasgow Gurdwara is our commitment to Scotland and proudly displays our values of equality, humanity and justice.
Part of the Childrens Programme: We have a Nursery which can be utilised by visitors. Bookings must be made in advance. All our volunteers are Disclosure Checked.
