Booking
Some events require you to pre-book due to limited spaces.
Bookings Open
In 2015 bookings will open at 10am on Wednesday 26th August. We have found some events to be very popular so would advise planning ahead.
Booking Details
Booking details for each of the events will be detailed on each individual page. Many of these will have an online method of booking via eventbrite. Please use the online method where possible as the GBPT office has just 5 phone lines.
Spaces are limited per person. Most are limited to 4 per person as we have found those that book more than 4 spaces often dont use 1 or 2 of them. Some of the more popular buildings or events have been limited to 2 per person to give as many different people as possible an opportunity to get involved.
Changing/Cancelling your Place
We know that sometimes things happen and you will need to change/cancel your booking. Please try to do this as soon as possible so that someone else can be offered your place. This is a free event and we want as many people to enjoy it as possible.
How to cancel?
- If your booking was taken by the event organiser contact them directly via the method you booked.
- If you made your booking online via eventbrite, sign into your account via the confirmation email you would have been sent.
- If you made your booking by calling GBPT on 0141 554 4411, use this number again.
Waiting List
This year there is a waiting list for all events bookable through GBPT. If registering for the waitlist please be aware that
- you must add your name to the waitlist for every space that you want ie. if looking for three spaces, add your name 3 times.
- you must add your name to the waitlist for each time of event you would like ie. if you dont mind which time you get you would need to add your name to all of them
- by adding your name to a waitlist you do not have a place on the tour/event
- if you are contacted by the waitlist then you will have 1 day to respond to secure your tour. After this time the place will be offered to someone else.
