The ingeniously designed Double Villa contains two houses with reversed ground plans which create a spectacular classical villa. A one-off opportunity to see the period interiors and modern touches. Tours led by resident Evelyn Silber and architect Mark Baines.

25A is one half of the celebrated Double Villa, open for the first time in years. Polychrome ceilings and paneled reception rooms from part of the compact, highly original design

Modern features include the reworked service area (Page and Baines 1992-98) and the Garden Room (Mark Baines 2004-5).

This visit would make the perfect starting point for the Langside Heritage Trail for which leaflets will be circulated.
