The Friends are delighted to undertake friendly, informative tours of the magnificent Glasgow Necropolis for Doors Open on Saturday 19th Tours at 12 noon, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm & 5pm or on Sunday 20th Tours at 12 noon, 1pm, 2pm & 3pm. Optional buffet on Saturday after 5.00pm tour, costs £10 per person.
The Friends of Glasgow Necropolis are delighted to undertake friendly, informative tours of the magnificent Glasgow Necropolis for Doors Open. Tours at 12 noon, 1pm, 2pm & 3pm on Saturday 19th September, and 12 noon, 1pm, 2pm & 3pm on Sunday 20th September. In addition at 5pm on Saturday the 19th September a joint tour will be jointly undertaken with Roger Guthrie of the Alexander Thomson Society and Ruth Johnston of the Friends of Glasgow Necropolis. After the tour on Saturday at 5pm, why not join us for warming soup and sandwich buffet including tea or coffee and cake at the Cathedral House Hotel, which has a fantastic view of the Necropolis. Cost £10.00 per person. Please state when booking the 5pm tour your preferred option Tour or Tour and Buffet.
